Part time Customer Service Representative

MetroLINK Customer Service Representatives manage calls in a timely manner, identify customer needs, provide or clarify route and schedule information, and provide solutions or alternatives for our customers. Good listening skills and a positive attitude are a must.

Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of the general metropolitan area and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone.  Candidates bi-lingual in Spanish strongly encouraged to apply. This position is 29 hours per week, weekday shift is 1:00P-7:00P and Sunday's 10:00A 3:00P.

Starting rate is $11.45 per hour.  Bi-lingual premium is .50 per hour.
